Yesterday, our Taste of Umbria students experienced an elaborate cooking class at Il Tempio del Gusto in Spoleto! They learned to prepare a four course Italian meal before enjoying the fruits of their labor.

They then headed into the valley below Spoleto to view the beautiful, vibrant sunflower fields and practice their photography skills. Check out this reel of their experience, thanks to Park Tudor & SSA faculty Heather Teets!

They finished their day by celebrating a very special 16th birthday, featuring all these delicious Italian pastries!
